These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Padonia Park Club website, member portal, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Membership & accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• Membership is subject to club rules, posted policies, and any signed waivers. We may suspend or revoke membership for conduct that violates those rules.
• Accounts covering minors must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

Payments & billing

• Membership dues, fees, and point-of-sale charges are billed through our payment processor (Stripe). You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for amounts you incur.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

Text messaging program

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Padonia Park Club, including one-time login/verification codes, account and billing notifications, and — where you have opted in — club reminders and news.

• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of membership or of any purchase.

Waivers & assumption of risk

Use of club facilities and participation in programs and events may require you to sign a waiver and release of liability. Those signed waivers are incorporated into these Terms. You are responsible for following all posted safety rules and staff instructions.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or use the Services for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Services and their content are owned by Padonia Park Club or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as permitted for your personal, membership-related use.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Padonia Park Club is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and your continued use of the Services means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
